Comprehensive RFE response and business immigration services:
Comprehensive RFE response and business immigration services have individualized engagement agreements between prospective client and the attorney. That engagement agreement controls all the terms (including any possible refund option) related to the comprehensive immigration related representation.
Trademark Services Refund Policy:
We generally do not offer any refunds for the trademark legal services. All the payments made are final. However, if the services are not eventually rendered based on reasonable time from the point of client providing all the evidence related to specimen, and other documentation required for filing purposes, application fees etc, then the attorney will offer full refund for customer satisfaction purposes.
