This initial 1 hour consultation is used to give advice about how to approach the RFE based on the evidence requested.

EB-1(A) RFE Response $4000
This service quotation is for routine RFE related to the EB-1(A) I-140 petition. If the profile of the applicant and RFE is more complex than normal, then the above quoted service price may slightly go up to 15% above the quoted service price. The reason is related to the additional amount of time an attorney needs to spend on drafting the RFE response along with interacting back and forth with the applicant about the evidence and strategy. Finally, accepting your case to represent depends on the initial consultation with the attorney to discuss the evidence already submitted to USCIS, and how the petition was initially drafted when filing with USCIS. EB-2 NIW RFE Response $2800
This service quotation is for the RFE response related to the EB-2 NIW I-140 petition. Attorney is also an experienced engineer in his prior years. Attorney has a general understanding of the technical concepts related to electronics, communications, RF, information technology related fields etc. Attorney will work with the applicant about the strategy, evidence gathering, email correspondence and a few live video sessions etc. Finally, before I accept to represent you for RFE response, I would like to know what endeavor you proposed to USCIS during the initial petition, evidence submitted, and your RFE letter.
